

Our Sessions

A swim session where everyone is welcome, regardless of age or ability. This includes individuals wanting to enjoy a relaxed swim and families wanting to enjoy time in the pool to those who may not have swum in a while and want to get back into it in a relaxed environment.

The pool will be broken into two lanes. Swimmers swim up one side of the lane and down the other – swimming in very long ovals rather than up and down the same line.

Swimming fun session. This is a fun filled session in the pool including the use of inflatables, toys and mats. Music will be played for you to have a blast in the pool!

Welcome to all - Like a Fun Session, but only using our smaller floats and toys in place of the large mats.

A class that will use flotation belts and styrofoam barbells to perform a variety of motions including water walking and running, abdominal work and toning exercises. This class is designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone.

These sessions, open to everyone, are aimed at providing a more gentle environment. You might want to experience the water, or perform your own exercises, or would like to come in with a carer.
These sessions are not meant for lane swimming, or excited play. We ask that all children under 16 are accompanied by an adult.

Swimming lessons are the process of learning to swim. There is a number of swimming levels that can be reached. We follow the Swim England framework to help you and your child stay safe in the water.
