AquaFit - Monday 2.30pm to 3.15pm and Wednesdays 6.15pm to 7.00pm
Our AquaFit classes are structured to promote total body fitness and mobility through low impact exercises that use water resistance to provide varying levels of intensity. Classes can be adapted to suit all ages and levels of fitness. You do not have to be a good swimmer to participate in AquaFit as you are free to choose a standing depth of water that suits you and flotation belts are available for use in deeper water.
BodyBlitz - Mondays and Fridays, 9.15am to 10.15am
This is a fast paced fun class in which you exercise for 45 minutes. The activities in each class will vary from day to day to keep each session fresh and new. BodyBlitz aims to increase strength and aerobic fitness and burn lots of calories. Our fitness instructors monitor class members' levels and modify the moves accordingly with the emphasis on correct techniques.
AquaBlitz - Thursdays 09.00am to 10.00pm
AquaBlitz, where AquaFit meets Circuits! This water based activity combines movements from both classes to deliver a challenging but fun exercise experience.
Please note that AquaBlitz takes place in standing depth water and participants do not need to be able to swim to join in.
